For instance, while the width of the archway may be specified in meters, the height can be measured in centimeters, millimeters, or vice versa.

In addition to the radius, the application also computes the arc length and the area enclosed by the arc and its corresponding chord. Furthermore, it accommodates calculations for various types of arcs, arches, and spherical surfaces, which can be particularly beneficial across diverse fields. When working with these additional forms, users are instructed to provide the width as the distance between the endpoints of the arc (the length of the chord) and the height as the minimum distance from the midpoint of the chord to the arc itself.
